Return Process
1. Pack your returned product including all gifts together with the original shipping document in the original packing (if possible)
2. In case original shipping document is missing, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and order number. You can retrieve your order number from the confirmation e-mail we send to you after your order has been placed.

You are highly recommended to return the package by an insured postal service of an shipping agency like Fedex or UPS for security purpose. Fashjewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage of jewelry during the returning process. Any loss and damages from the return shipment have to be claimed from the shipping agency. Refund process
Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within 10 business days of
receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded.
